HAVE YOUR PARTY AT THE FARM!
- Pick a Date between Mid-June – September 30th! We will no longer be hosting Birthday Parties in October.
- Read the info below and note that October birthday parties differ from summer parties! Please email Samara@bellaorganic.com/Sofia@bellaorganic.com to be sure the time and date that you are trying to book is available! When booking, please put your top 3 date/time options! We book a lot of parties so be sure to be flexible with date/time. Please give 24-48 hours response time for emails.
Birthday Parties Event Rental Includes:
Mid June through September 30 ($150 for basic party)
- 3 picnic tables by the farm store and food pavilion. (not by the farm house)
- Private grain train or cow train around the farm and out to the U-Pick fields (HAYRIDE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL OCTOBER)
- 15 Kids in the birthday party can pick a pint of what is in season for U-Pick (Berry season is over by Mid-August through Mid-September so those parties we will have veggies for picking rather than berries or pumpkins).
- **Option to Add Fresh Fruit Platter for another $30, a Fresh Veggie Platter for $25, or BOTH for $50. – Not available in October
- Time Slots Available(Choose from a 3 hour time slot ) : OPTIONS ARE: 10m to 1pm OR 1pm to 4pm – time slots are strict timing. It is $50 per hour if you go over your allotted time and must be scheduled in advance. This time includes set-up and clean-up.
- Please NOTE: We cannot book until we receive payment for your event.
- Extra kids are $10 each
- Extra Tables are $10 each
** You can bring decorations, snacks, food, non-alcoholic beverages, cake, ice cream, games, and balloons (clean up decorations on the way out and please recycle – we only include one garbage can full of garbage with your party – any extra garage or recycle must go home with you). Absolutely NO outside alcohol or cooking on site. Food/drink/alcoholic beverages (beer & wine) available for purchase at the farm. Please check-in at the farm when you arrive, and we will give you your pints or pumpkin vouchers, instructions for picking, and show you your party location. All guests and hosts must park by the farm store in the parking lot. Thank you!
Picnic Rental Includes – (Not Available in October)

- One Fresh Fruit Platter & One Veggie Platter (For up to 30 People)
- Any U-pick is paid for at market rate in the store and you can use our buckets for picking or bring your own from home – picking is NOT included in the price for the picnic.
